ITV is building a portfolio of privately held companies with proprietary intellectual property, using a focused strategy of investing in companies with "smart" technologies that enhance established industries.  We seek the following characteristics in our portfolio companies:

• Proprietary intellectual property
• Products and services with sustainable high margins and competitive advantages in the market place
• An Experienced and strong management team
• Growing revenues with a current base of $3 million or more
• A diversified customer base
• Current at or near cash flow breakeven
• Multiple paths to exit
• An exit horizon of four years or less
