• While five of the seven Cordova Ventures funds are or have been engaged in the traditional venture capital markets, two Cordova funds – Cordova Realty Partners and Cordova Realty Partners II were designed to invest in real estate projects by providing development equity to developers and merchant builders.
• Since its founding in 1989, Cordova’s funds have invested over $36 million in 36 real estate development projects throughout the Southeast United States.
• The type of projects Cordova Realty Partners II invested in included residential, subdivisions, apartments, condominium construction and conversion, retail, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use.
• The Cordova Realty Funds are now fully invested.
