Cordova Intellimedia Ventures, L.P. is a $41 million fund sponsored by Cordova Ventures and Intellimedia Commerce.

The purpose of the Fund is to invest in seed, start-up and early stage information technology and communications companies in the Southeast in amounts ranging from $250,000 to $2,000,000.

Frank X. Dalton, a partner with Cordova Ventures, is the Managing Director of the Fund.

Ben Dyer, Chairman of Intellimedia Commerce, Inc., is a Managing Principal of the Fund.
